Meet the wonderdog who started it all
Marvel was the dog who started it all. He’s the one who showed Ariel that training and frisbee weren’t just work, they were pure fun. Like every trainer’s first dog, Marvel was there through the mistakes, the trial and error, and the learning curve. Patient, resilient, and endlessly forgiving, he adapted as Ariel figured things out along the way.
They grew together, pushing past expectations and discovering just how talented Marvel truly was. That talent led to performance opportunities, and those performances grew into something bigger than either of them could have imagined.
Marvel didn’t just launch a career, he became the foundation of The Wonderdog Show. That’s why he will always be the Wonderdog.

Meet
Ariel faeth
Ariel got his start in the sport of disc dog after a breakup that unexpectedly left him with a Border Collie named Marvel, later known as The Wonderdog himself.
At the time, Ariel’s focus was on long-distance throwing, and he admittedly poked fun at freestyle disc competitors. That perspective changed after attending a “throwing seminar”, where he was introduced to the creativity, athleticism, and passion of freestyle flying disc. What began as casual training sessions in the backyard quickly became a passion.
Working and training with Marvel became an outlet, a way to step away from everyday life and channel focus into building skills, trust, and teamwork. As those backyard sessions evolved, Ariel began stepping onto the competition field, developing and competing with dogs at the highest levels of freestyle disc.
After being invited to perform for a local disc dog club, opportunities began to grow rapidly. What started as a personal passion soon developed into a full scale professional stunt dog entertainment company, built around elite canine athletes, thoughtful training, and high energy performances.
